This new construction is a single-family house in ecological and
alternative wooden construction.
The entire support structure was built with solid wood
elements. A combination of ecological construction materials
and modern architechture was created.

The wish of the owner was to not build an ordinary new
construction.
Pillars, stucco, and forged iron was requested.
Combined with modern technology, such as light and video
controlling via smartphone and others, was worked into this
unique building.

Rehabilitation and extention of a single-family house
in Perchtoldsdorf | NÖ
This project involved the already existing single-family house to
be updated from the ground up.
the entire technology, as well as the windows, were updated to
modern and the most recent state of the art.
Because the client wanted to do the interior constructions by
himself, every thing was prepared for his construction work and
was coordinated with tradesmen.
Furthermore, the architecture of the already aged building was
transformed into a modern house with the help of a new full
thermal protection facade.
The big dream of a roof gallery, to overview the vineyards of
Perchtoldsdorf, came true through an addition of another
storey.

For this project, the existing building was torn down, not
including the basement, which was extended, so that a whole
basement was created underneath the new construction.
As wished by the owners, this house was handed over surface
ready, inluding all cables and connections.
Of course, the owners were consulted and accompanied by
Bausache ZT-GmbH during the construction work done by
themselves.
Bausache ZT-GmbH was responsible as a general planner for all
